Noodle and Vegetable Stir Fry with Teriyaki Tofu
Ingredients
- Singapore noodles
- mixed stir fry vegetables (pre-mixed bags recommended for ease and cost)
- firm tofu
- hoisin sauce
- teriyaki sauce
- dark soy sauce
Preparation
Fry the tofu for 5-7 minutes on each side, then add teriyaki sauce and a sprinkle of salt.
Add the vegetables to a wok with some water to cook.
Add the noodles to the wok to cook.
Add the sauces.
Serve with tofu on top and enjoy.
