Noodle and Vegetable Stir Fry with Teriyaki Tofu

Ingredients

  • Singapore noodles
  • mixed stir fry vegetables (pre-mixed bags recommended for ease and cost)
  • firm tofu
  • hoisin sauce
  • teriyaki sauce
  • dark soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Fry the tofu for 5-7 minutes on each side, then add teriyaki sauce and a sprinkle of salt.

  2. Add the vegetables to a wok with some water to cook.

  3. Add the noodles to the wok to cook.

  4. Add the sauces.

  5. Serve with tofu on top and enjoy.
