Crispy Tofu with Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- 270 g firm tofu
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 tsp sriracha
Preparation
Cut the tofu into cubes and fry them off in some oil, until the tofu gets crispy.
Turn off the stove and blend the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add the mixture to the tofu and combine everything.
Then it is ready to serve.
