Teriyaki Tofu Veggie Bowl with Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g firm tofu
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 0.5 dl hot water
  • 2 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Preparation

  1. Chop the tofu into cubes.

  2. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan.

  3. Fry the tofu cubes until crispy and golden.

  4. Let the fried tofu cool down.

  5. Mix teriyaki sauce into the cooled tofu.

  6. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and hot water.

  7. Add agave syrup, soy sauce, and sriracha to the peanut butter mixture.

  8. Mix all sauce ingredients together until smooth.
