Teriyaki Tofu Veggie Bowl with Peanut Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 200 g firm tofu
- Coconut oil for frying
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 0.5 dl hot water
- 2 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
Preparation
Chop the tofu into cubes.
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan.
Fry the tofu cubes until crispy and golden.
Let the fried tofu cool down.
Mix teriyaki sauce into the cooled tofu.
In a bowl, combine peanut butter and hot water.
Add agave syrup, soy sauce, and sriracha to the peanut butter mixture.
Mix all sauce ingredients together until smooth.
