- 1.5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
Preparation

Cut tofu into squares and bake in the oven on the bottom rack at 450°F.
After 15 minutes, flip the tofu pieces and bake for another 15 minutes, then remove from oven and set aside.
Mince 2 garlic cloves.
Fry garlic in a pan on medium heat for 1 minute.
Add 2 tablespoons old-fashioned mustard, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1.5 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon agave syrup, and 1 tablespoon sriracha, then cook for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari, turn the stove to high heat, and stir until the sauce reduces and thickens.
