Easy Almond Butter Miso Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Hot water as needed
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Add a little hot water, about a teaspoon at a time, until you get the desired consistency. I used about 1.5 tablespoons in total.
Tips
For a spicy version, add sriracha to taste.
Lemon juice can be substituted with orange juice.
