Shiitake Toast with Miso Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 slices organic flaxseed sourdough rye
- Vegan plain cream cheese
- White miso
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Soy sauce
- Micro greens
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
Toast the sourdough rye slices.
Mix vegan plain cream cheese with white miso to make miso cream cheese.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms and pan-fry with soy sauce until tender.
Spread the miso cream cheese on the toasted bread.
Top with micro greens and the sautéed shiitake mushrooms.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
