Shiitake Toast with Miso Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices organic flaxseed sourdough rye
  • Vegan plain cream cheese
  • White miso
  • Shiitake mushrooms
  • Soy sauce
  • Micro greens
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Toast the sourdough rye slices.

  2. Mix vegan plain cream cheese with white miso to make miso cream cheese.

  3. Slice the shiitake mushrooms and pan-fry with soy sauce until tender.

  4. Spread the miso cream cheese on the toasted bread.

  5. Top with micro greens and the sautéed shiitake mushrooms.

  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
