Quick Peanut Sauce for Meals and Marinades

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk (for an extra thick and creamy sauce, add just 3/4 cup of milk)

Preparation

  1. Add everything to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend on high speed until super smooth and creamy.

Serving suggestions

  1. Add to your wraps, veggies, salad, or use as a tofu marinade. Enjoy
