Air-fried Spaghetti Squash Tater Tots

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cooked spaghetti squash
  • 1/3 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

  1. Fork out the inside of half a baked spaghetti squash into a bowl and pat out excess moisture using a paper towel or cheesecloth.

  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into the squash to form the base. If too moist, refrigerate for 5-10 minutes to set.

  3. Shape the mixture into tater tot forms and place in the air fryer.

  4. Air fry at 370-390 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
