Easy Homemade Hummus with Curry Spices
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (250 grams) chickpeas
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons masala spices
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
Add more olive oil or water if the mixture is too thick.
