Easy Homemade Hummus with Curry Spices

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (250 grams) chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup (50 ml) lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons masala spices
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.

  2. Add more olive oil or water if the mixture is too thick.
