Fried Asparagus with Balsamic and Lemon

Ingredients

  • About 10 thick green asparagus
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Coarse salt
  • Olive oil
  • Splash of lemon

Preparation

  1. Chop away the ends of the asparagus and peel the ends.

  2. Slice all lengthwise in half.

  3. Fry in olive oil for about ten minutes.

  4. Take all from the stove.

  5. Sprinkle salt and balsamic vinegar on top.

  6. Finish off with a splash of lemon.
