Winter Melon Soup with Ground Pork
Ingredients
- 1 large piece winter melon
- 250g ground pork
- 30g dried scallops
- 30g dried shrimp
- 8 pieces dried mushrooms
- 2000ml water
- a pinch salt
Pork marinade
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Preparation
Soak the mushrooms, scallops, and shrimp. Marinate the pork for 10 minutes.
Stir-fry the pork until fragrant, then add the scallops, shrimp, and winter melon. Add water and bring to a boil, then add the mushrooms.
Simmer for 30 minutes and serve.
