Winter Melon Soup with Ground Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 large piece winter melon
  • 250g ground pork
  • 30g dried scallops
  • 30g dried shrimp
  • 8 pieces dried mushrooms
  • 2000ml water
  • a pinch salt

Pork marinade

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Preparation

  1. Soak the mushrooms, scallops, and shrimp. Marinate the pork for 10 minutes.

  2. Stir-fry the pork until fragrant, then add the scallops, shrimp, and winter melon. Add water and bring to a boil, then add the mushrooms.

  3. Simmer for 30 minutes and serve.
