Baked Brussels Sprouts with Maple Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp light olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Garnish
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Rinse Brussels sprouts well, cut off brown edges, and cut in half lengthwise.
Place them in a large bowl and mix in the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread them out on a lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and place them back into the large bowl then mix in the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and lime juice.
Tips
Add additional salt to taste if needed.
Enjoy as a snack or a side dish.
