Easy Crispy Baked Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or other neutral oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp arrowroot starch or cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add tofu to a bowl and toss with remaining ingredients until fully coated. Shake the bowl a few times to combine well, then add tofu to a lined sheet pan.
Bake tofu for 40 minutes or until desired level of crispness is reached.
Eat tofu alone, or add to whatever you want.

Serve with your choice of sauce, rice, vegetables, and more.
