Baked Tortilla Chips from Wraps

Ingredients

  • Tortilla wraps (quantity as needed)
  • Coconut oil (1/2 teaspoon per side per wrap)

Seasonings

  • Salt (to taste)
  • Paprika powder (to taste)
  • Chili powder (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • Optional herbs (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Rub and spread coconut oil on both sides of the wrap.

  2. Use a knife to cut the wraps into strips and then into triangles.

  3. Spread the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Season them with salt, paprika powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and optional herbs to your taste.

  5. Place them in the oven and bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until crispy and brown.
