Homemade Crispy Crinkle Cut Chips
Ingredients
- 700g Potatoes that are good for chips
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into crinkle shapes using a crinkle cutter or a knife
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cornflour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Toss the potato slices in the mixture until evenly coated
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F)
Spread the coated potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer
Bake for 25-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy
