Simple Spiced Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Optional additions
- Any other spices you like
- Oil or cooking spray (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toss chickpeas, salt, and spices together in a small bowl until evenly coated.
Spread chickpeas evenly on a cookie sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally until hard and crunchy.
Tips
It may take longer than 40 minutes, so check for desired crunchiness.
Store in an airtight container.
