Easy Crispy Roasted Chickpeas Snack
Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas
- 1 1/2 tsp avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Drain chickpeas, rinse with water, and lay them out on a plate. Dry them gently with a kitchen towel or paper towel.
Transfer the chickpeas to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, and curry powder. Shake the baking sheet back and forth to coat evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes, then shake the pan to move the chickpeas and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
