Crispy Baked Curried Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/gas 6 and line a baking tray with non-stick baking parchment.

  2. After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry with a clean tea towel, then add them to a bowl.

  3. Sprinkle in the curry powder and stir until it coats all the chickpeas.

  4. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
