Crispy Baked Curried Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp curry powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/gas 6 and line a baking tray with non-stick baking parchment.
After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry with a clean tea towel, then add them to a bowl.
Sprinkle in the curry powder and stir until it coats all the chickpeas.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
