Crispy Baked Curried Chickpeas Bowl

Ingredients

  • 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan), 400°F, or gas mark 6 and line a baking tray with non-stick baking parchment

  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat them dry with a clean tea towel and add them to a bowl

  3. Sprinkle in the curry powder and stir until the chickpeas are evenly coated

  4. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through
