Crispy Baked Curried Chickpeas Bowl
Ingredients
- 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp curry powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan), 400°F, or gas mark 6 and line a baking tray with non-stick baking parchment
Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat them dry with a clean tea towel and add them to a bowl
Sprinkle in the curry powder and stir until the chickpeas are evenly coated
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through
