Crunchy Chocolate Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1x (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 100g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C fan/350°F.

  2. Dry the chickpeas using a clean tea towel.

  3. Transfer the dried chickpeas onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast for around 35 minutes until crunchy.

  4. Break up the dark chocolate into a bowl.

  5. Transfer the hot roasted chickpeas into the bowl with the chocolate. Stir until the chickpeas are evenly coated.

  6. Spoon tablespoons of the chocolate-coated chickpea mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

  7. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then place it in the fridge to set.

  8. Enjoy!
