Crunchy Chocolate Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1x (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 100g dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 200°C fan/350°F.
Dry the chickpeas using a clean tea towel.
Transfer the dried chickpeas onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast for around 35 minutes until crunchy.
Break up the dark chocolate into a bowl.
Transfer the hot roasted chickpeas into the bowl with the chocolate. Stir until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
Spoon tablespoons of the chocolate-coated chickpea mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then place it in the fridge to set.
