Dairy Free Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla coconut yoghurt⁣
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate⁣
  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk⁣
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar⁣
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over the stove

  2. Add the milk, sugar, and vanilla to the saucepan with the chocolate

  3. Take the saucepan off the heat & add the yogurt to the mixture

  4. Stir well and transfer the mousse into cups

  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, until the mousse is solid

  6. Top it off the mousse with dairy free whipped cream, raspberries, pistachios, or other toppings of choice!⁣
