Air Fryer Crispy Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- olive oil
- spices of choice (I used smoked paprika and curry powder)
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Drain the water from the chickpeas and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove the extra water.
Add the chickpeas to a bowl, then drizzle olive oil and add spices, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the chickpeas to the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes at 400°F or 200°C, taking them out halfway through cooking and shaking them around so that all chickpeas are evenly cooked.
Tips
Enjoy these on their own as a crunchy snack, or add them to salads or wraps.
