Homemade Tortilla Chips from Wraps

Ingredients

  • Wraps (quantity as desired)
  • Coconut oil (1/2 teaspoon per side per wrap)

Seasonings

  • Salt (to taste)
  • Paprika powder (to taste)
  • Chili powder (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • Optional herbs (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Rub 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil on each side of the wraps.

  2. Use a knife to cut the wraps into strips and then into triangles.

  3. Spread the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Season with salt, paprika powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and other spices to taste.

  5. Place in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until crispy and brown.
