Homemade Tortilla Chips from Wraps
Ingredients
- Wraps (quantity as desired)
- Coconut oil (1/2 teaspoon per side per wrap)
Seasonings
- Salt (to taste)
- Paprika powder (to taste)
- Chili powder (to taste)
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Optional herbs (to taste)
Preparation
Rub 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil on each side of the wraps.
Use a knife to cut the wraps into strips and then into triangles.
Spread the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Season with salt, paprika powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and other spices to taste.
Place in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until crispy and brown.
