Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- Tortilla wraps
- Coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon per side per wrap
- Salt, to taste
- Paprika powder, to taste
- Chili powder, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Optional herbs, to taste
Preparation
Rub and spread 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil on both sides of each wrap.
Cut the wraps into strips and then into triangles.
Spread the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Season with salt, paprika powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and optional herbs to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until crispy and brown.
