Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • Tortilla wraps
  • Coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon per side per wrap
  • Salt, to taste
  • Paprika powder, to taste
  • Chili powder, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Optional herbs, to taste

Preparation

  1. Rub and spread 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil on both sides of each wrap.

  2. Cut the wraps into strips and then into triangles.

  3. Spread the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Season with salt, paprika powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and optional herbs to taste.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until crispy and brown.
