Crispy Tofu Cauliflower Fried Rice Bowl

- Riced cauliflower
- Peas

Preparation
Season tofu with garlic, turmeric, and nutritional yeast
Cook tofu in a little oil until crispy, add coconut aminos after flipping
Top cooked tofu with sesame seeds and green onion
In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat
Add riced cauliflower and stir-fry until tender
Incorporate peas, corn, scallion, lentils, broccoli, bell peppers, and edamame, cooking until vegetables are slightly softened
Season with tamari, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste
Combine the cooked tofu with the vegetable mixture and heat through
Garnish with cilantro before serving
