Crispy Tofu Cauliflower Fried Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • Riced cauliflower
  • Peas
  • Corn
  • Scallion
  • Lentils
  • Broccoli
  • Bell peppers
  • Edamame
  • Cilantro
  • Sesame oil
  • Tamari
  • Rice vinegar
  • Salt

  • Tofu

Preparation

  1. Season tofu with garlic, turmeric, and nutritional yeast

  2. Cook tofu in a little oil until crispy, add coconut aminos after flipping

  3. Top cooked tofu with sesame seeds and green onion

  4. In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat

  5. Add riced cauliflower and stir-fry until tender

  7. Season with tamari, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste
