Easy Healthy Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 pack acai or acai powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower chunks
  • handful of berries
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen (optional)
  • splash of any milk
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

Toppings

  • fresh blueberries
  • pitted cherries
  • granola

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
