Easy Healthy Acai Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 pack acai or acai powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup cauliflower chunks
- handful of berries
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 scoop protein or collagen (optional)
- splash of any milk
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Toppings
- fresh blueberries
- pitted cherries
- granola
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
