Ginger Garlic Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 4 Baby Bok Choy quartered lengthwise
- 4 cloves of Garlic chopped
- 1 large Knob of Ginger cut into thin slices
- 2 tsp of Toasted Sesame Oil
- Pinch of Red Chili Flakes
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Make sure to rinse the Bok Choy well as there is sometimes sand and dirt between the leaves
Sauté the Garlic and Ginger for a few minutes in the Sesame Oil on medium heat
Add in the Bok Choy and Chili Flakes then repeatedly toss until they start to soften
Cover the pot for about 8-10 minutes to finish cooking. Add just a bit of water if needed
Season with Salt and serve as is or with Rice
