Ginger Garlic Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 4 Baby Bok Choy quartered lengthwise
  • 4 cloves of Garlic chopped
  • 1 large Knob of Ginger cut into thin slices
  • 2 tsp of Toasted Sesame Oil
  • Pinch of Red Chili Flakes
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Make sure to rinse the Bok Choy well as there is sometimes sand and dirt between the leaves

  2. Sauté the Garlic and Ginger for a few minutes in the Sesame Oil on medium heat

  3. Add in the Bok Choy and Chili Flakes then repeatedly toss until they start to soften

  4. Cover the pot for about 8-10 minutes to finish cooking. Add just a bit of water if needed

  5. Season with Salt and serve as is or with Rice
