Wild Mushroom Crostini with Shallots and Wine
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup minced shallot
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups wild mushrooms
- 3 tbsp Madeira wine
- 2 tbsp minced chives
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Bring large pan to medium heat.
Add shallots; once they begin to stick, add mushrooms and garlic.
Stir until mushrooms begin to stick but not burn.
Add wine to deglaze and cook until pan begins to dry, about 4 minutes.
Gently stir in chives and salt and pepper.
