Mushroom Sauté with Garlic and Chilli
Ingredients
- 3 handfuls of mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 chili
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Bunch of fresh parsley
Preparation
Quarter the mushrooms.
Slice up the garlic and chili.
Heat up oil in a pan.
Glaze the mushrooms, garlic, and chili in the heated oil.
Deglaze the pan with wine and vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add in the chopped parsley.
Cook until mushrooms are tender and flavors are well combined.
