High-Fat Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 large frozen avocado
- 2 handfuls frozen spinach
- roughly 1 cup liquid (half almond milk, half water)
- 1 scoop plant-based protein
- 1-2 drops food grade peppermint essential oil or a small fist of fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp MCT oil (can sub for nut butter)
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
