High-Fat Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large frozen avocado
  • 2 handfuls frozen spinach
  • roughly 1 cup liquid (half almond milk, half water)
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein
  • 1-2 drops food grade peppermint essential oil or a small fist of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil (can sub for nut butter)
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
