Hot Lo Mein

Ingredients

  • 3tb soy sauce⁣
  • 1tb sesame oil⁣
  • 1tb sugar⁣
  • noodles:⁣
  • 1tb sesame oil⁣
  • 2 portions lo mein noodles⁣
  • 1onions⁣
  • 3 spring onions⁣
  • 3 carrots⁣
  • 1 red paprika⁣
  • handful mushrooms⁣
  • 1 pak choy⁣
  • 1tb rice wine vinegar⁣
  • 1/2chilli⁣

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients for the sauce together⁣

  2. Cook the noodles, drain, set aside⁣

  3. Chop the onion and chilli⁣

  4. Heat up oil in a wok or pan⁣

  5. Add the onion and chilli⁣

  6. Peel and chop the rest of the veggies and add to the pan⁣

  7. Keep the green of the spring onion⁣

  8. Cook for 5 minutes⁣

  9. Add the vinegar⁣

  10. Add the cooked noodles and half of the sauce⁣

  11. Mix all together⁣

  12. Mix in the green of spring onion⁣

  13. Add more sauce if needed⁣
