Hot Lo Mein
Ingredients
- 3tb soy sauce
- 1tb sesame oil
- 1tb sugar
- noodles:
- 1tb sesame oil
- 2 portions lo mein noodles
- 1onions
- 3 spring onions
- 3 carrots
- 1 red paprika
- handful mushrooms
- 1 pak choy
- 1tb rice wine vinegar
- 1/2chilli
Preparation
Mix the ingredients for the sauce together
Cook the noodles, drain, set aside
Chop the onion and chilli
Heat up oil in a wok or pan
Add the onion and chilli
Peel and chop the rest of the veggies and add to the pan
Keep the green of the spring onion
Cook for 5 minutes
Add the vinegar
Add the cooked noodles and half of the sauce
Mix all together
Mix in the green of spring onion
Add more sauce if needed
