Matcha and Spirulina Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups milk of choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 handfuls frozen strawberries
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 2 ginger slices
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 scoop multi collagen protein
  • 1 scoop greens powder
  • 1.5 scoops vegan protein

Preparation
