Matcha and Spirulina Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2-3 cups milk of choice
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 handfuls frozen strawberries
- 2 lemon wedges
- 2 ginger slices
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 scoop multi collagen protein
- 1 scoop greens powder
- 1.5 scoops vegan protein
