Mixed Vegetables Buddha Bowl with Almond Sauce

Ingredients

Sauce components

  • 3/4 cup filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos

Preparation

  1. Prepare some vegetables fresh and others steamed, such as arugula, onion, garlic, grape tomatoes, red bell pepper, and purple cabbage raw, while steaming brussels sprouts, asparagus, and broccoli.

  2. For the dipping sauce, blend 3/4 cup filtered water, 2 tablespoons almond butter, juice of 1/2 lime, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon coconut aminos on high until smooth and light.

  3. Enjoy by dipping the mixed vegetables in the sauce as part of a Buddha bowl, noting that all ingredients have healing properties.
