Oyster Mushroom Toast with Sauerkraut
Ingredients
- Oyster mushrooms
- Butter
- Minced garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Sourdough bread
- Fennel, Apple and Dill Sauerkraut
Preparation
Chop up your mushrooms and sauté with butter, a little minced garlic, and chopped parsley until browned.
Season as required and serve on toasted sourdough.
Top with Fennel, Apple and Dill Sauerkraut.
