Oyster Mushroom Toast with Sauerkraut

Ingredients

  • Oyster mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Minced garlic
  • Chopped parsley
  • Sourdough bread
  • Fennel, Apple and Dill Sauerkraut

Preparation

  1. Chop up your mushrooms and sauté with butter, a little minced garlic, and chopped parsley until browned.

  2. Season as required and serve on toasted sourdough.

  3. Top with Fennel, Apple and Dill Sauerkraut.
