  • Handful of ice
  • Optional 100ml chocolate almond milk from @bluediamondalmondssa
  • 4 dates
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 2 @bodybywild Multivit capsules

Toppings

  • Coconut flakes from @wellnesswarehouse
  • Chia seeds from @healthconnectionsa
  • Roasted and salted cashews
  • 1 ripe seasonal fig
  • Toasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon @ohmega nut butters
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation
