Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 scoops vegan protein powder from @bodybywild [oh so cocoa]
- Handful of ice
- Optional 100ml chocolate almond milk from @bluediamondalmondssa
- 4 dates
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 2 @bodybywild Multivit capsules
Toppings
- Coconut flakes from @wellnesswarehouse
- Chia seeds from @healthconnectionsa
- Roasted and salted cashews
- 1 ripe seasonal fig
- Toasted sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon @ohmega nut butters
- 1 teaspoon honey
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
