Single Serve Pumpkin Pie Mugcake
Ingredients
- 100g pumpkin puree
- 1/2 banana
- 50g rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100ml almond milk
- pumpkin spice
- 10g pecans
- 10g vegan chocolate chips
- 15g nut butter
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add all ingredients except pecans, chocolate chips, and nut butter to a blender, blend until smooth, and pour into a baking dish.
Top with pecans and chocolate chips, or substitute with other nuts.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with nut butter.
