Spaghetti with Zucchini Cream and Fried Flowers

Ingredients

  • Spaghettone pasta
  • Zucchini
  • Zucchini flowers
  • Almonds
  • Spring onion
  • Mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Boil the spaghettone pasta according to package directions until al dente

  2. Prepare zucchini cream by cooking zucchini until soft and blending into a smooth cream

  3. Fry the zucchini flowers in oil until crispy and golden

  4. Toast the almonds in a dry skillet until fragrant and lightly browned

  5. SautΓ© the spring onion in a pan until softened

  6. Combine the zucchini cream with the sautΓ©ed spring onion and heat through

  7. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce, add fried zucchini flowers and toasted almonds

  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately
