Spicy Cauliflower Tikka Skewers
Ingredients
- 350g cauliflower, medium florets
- 4 tbsp dairy-free yogurt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules or powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix all ingredients except the cauliflower together in a bowl and stir well. Add the cauliflower florets and coat them with the yogurt marinade.
Thread 4-5 cauliflower florets onto each skewer and place them on a lined baking tray.
Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are dark and crispy.
Tips
If preparing in advance, marinate the coated cauliflower in the refrigerator for a few hours before skewering and roasting for enhanced flavor.
