Spicy Cauliflower Tikka Skewers

Ingredients

  • 350g cauliflower, medium florets
  • 4 tbsp dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules or powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients except the cauliflower together in a bowl and stir well. Add the cauliflower florets and coat them with the yogurt marinade.

  3. Thread 4-5 cauliflower florets onto each skewer and place them on a lined baking tray.

  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are dark and crispy.

Tips

  1. If preparing in advance, marinate the coated cauliflower in the refrigerator for a few hours before skewering and roasting for enhanced flavor.
