Spirulina Mint Chip Smoothie for Wellness

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 large handful fresh mint leaves (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina blend
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients.

  2. Add chocolate sauce before pouring into the cup.

  3. Top with yogurt, cacao nibs, and an extra mint leaf.
