Ingredients

  • Half a brown onion
  • Vegetarian Butcher what the cluck (vegan chicken substitute)
  • 3 tablespoons Thai sweet chilli sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Basmati rice
  • Tender stem broccoli

Preparation

  1. Caramelize the brown onion in a wok

  2. Add the vegan chicken substitute to the wok and cook

  3. Stir in the Thai sweet chilli sauce and sesame seeds

  4. Cook basmati rice separately according to package instructions

  5. Prepare tender stem broccoli by steaming or stir-frying until tender

  6. Combine all components in the wok or serve together
