Vegan Wholegrain Falafel Wraps
Ingredients
- 2 wholegrain wraps
- Moroccan houmous
- Lettuce
- Red pepper
- Coriander
- Avocado
- Red onion
- Cucumber
- Peri peri mayo
- Falafels
Preparation
Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping them as desired.
Spread a layer of Moroccan houmous on each wholegrain wrap.
Add lettuce, red pepper, coriander, avocado, red onion, cucumber, and falafels on top of the houmous.
Drizzle with peri peri mayo.
Roll up the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
