Mango and Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • handful of frozen mango chunks
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 heaped tsp maca powder
  • 1 heaped tsp green superfoods powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • splash of oat milk

Toppings

  • homemade granola
  • 1/2 a banana
  • desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients gradually, adding a bit of oat milk at a time and shaking between blends until creamy.

  2. Top the smoothie bowl with homemade granola, half a banana, and desiccated coconut.
