After Eight Mint Chocolate Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 150 g After Eight chocolates
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 1 packet whipping cream stabilizer
  • 6 After Eight chocolates (for decoration)
  • a few fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Heat 50g heavy cream and 150g After Eight chocolates in a saucepan over low heat until melted, then let cool

  2. Whip the remaining 150g heavy cream with the whipping cream stabilizer until stiff

  3. Gently fold the low-fat quark into the whipped cream

  4. Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture

  5. Divide the mixture among six 125ml glasses, filling each three-quarters full

  6. Top each glass with one After Eight chocolate and, if desired, a few mint leaves

  7. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve
