After Eight Mint Chocolate Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 200 g heavy cream
- 150 g After Eight chocolates
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 1 packet whipping cream stabilizer
- 6 After Eight chocolates (for decoration)
- a few fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Preparation
Heat 50g heavy cream and 150g After Eight chocolates in a saucepan over low heat until melted, then let cool
Whip the remaining 150g heavy cream with the whipping cream stabilizer until stiff
Gently fold the low-fat quark into the whipped cream
Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture
Divide the mixture among six 125ml glasses, filling each three-quarters full
Top each glass with one After Eight chocolate and, if desired, a few mint leaves
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve
