Healthy Green Shamrock Shake
Ingredients
- Crunchy granola
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
Preparation
Put crunchy granola on the bottom of a glass.
Combine spinach, frozen banana, avocado, maple syrup, peppermint extract, vanilla, almond milk, and ice in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture over the granola.
