Healthy Green Shamrock Shake

Ingredients

  • Crunchy granola
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice

Preparation

  1. Put crunchy granola on the bottom of a glass.

  2. Combine spinach, frozen banana, avocado, maple syrup, peppermint extract, vanilla, almond milk, and ice in a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Pour the blended mixture over the granola.
