Spinach and Orange Salad with Super Seed Sprinkles
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls organic spinach
- 2 tbsp balsamic or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large navel orange
- 1 tbsp sundried cranberries or raisins
- 1-2 tbsp Super Seed Sprinkles
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Pinch of Himalayan sea salt and pepper (optional)
Optional
- 1-2 tbsp lightly toasted coconut flakes
Preparation
Tear the spinach into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and slice the orange into thin rounds.
In a bowl, combine the spinach, orange slices, sundried cranberries or raisins, and super seed sprinkles.
Drizzle with balsamic or apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
Season with a pinch of Himalayan sea salt and pepper, if desired.
Optionally, add lightly toasted coconut flakes and toss to combine.
