Homemade Prawn and Veggie Dumplings
Ingredients
- 40 ready-made dumpling wrappers
- 150g prawns or shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- Soy sauce to taste
- 2 large handfuls of baby spinach, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
Fry the spring onions in the sesame oil.
Add garlic, ginger, and prawns.
Season with soy sauce and pan fry for a few minutes.
Stir in the spinach to wilt it slightly.
Fill the mixture into dumpling wrappers and fold them.
Steam or pan fry the dumplings as desired.
