4th of July Antipasto Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- Pasta
- Banana peppers
- Sweet and sour pickled peppers
- Olives
- Cucumbers
- Tomatoes
- Mozzarella pearls
- Soppressata
Dressing
- Dill
- Parsley
- Basil
- Shallot
- White wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Mayo
- Honey
- Dijon
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package directions and let it cool.
Prepare the dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
Combine the cooled pasta with the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the dressing to the salad mixture and toss until well coated.
Let the salad sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
Tips
The salad tastes better the longer it sits, so prepare it in advance if possible.
