Honey Mustard Chicken Kebabs
Ingredients
- 20 chicken thighs (boneless and skinless) cut into big chunks
- 6 tablespoons runny honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Take a large bowl and mix together all the ingredients apart from the chicken thighs.
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade.
Marinate for at least 2 hours, ideally longer. Prepare in the morning for a barbecue at lunch.
When ready to cook, skewer the chicken onto metal skewers and discard the remaining marinade.
Barbecue over hot coals until cooked through. Alternatively, grill them. Cook for about 20 minutes and check that the middle is cooked before serving.
Tips
For best results, use chicken thighs for more flavor and juiciness, but chicken breast can be substituted.
Serve with potato wedges, corn, and coleslaw for a complete summer meal.
