Maca Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp flax meal, chia or quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • pinch of salt ?

Preparation

  1. In a Tupperware container, add all ingredients except for banana and give a quick stir

  2. Close Tupperware and place in fridge to thicken overnight

  3. Remove from fridge and mix in freshly mashed banana

  4. Stir to combine with a spoon, mashing any additional banana chunks you see

  5. Add in any extra toppings that please you and enjoy your day
