Mango Raspberry Ice Lollies

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe mangoes
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • A few raspberries
  • Maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Peel and blend the mangoes with 1/3 cup of coconut water.

  2. Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds.

  3. Add a few raspberries to each mould.

  4. Insert ice lolly sticks into the moulds.

  5. Freeze overnight or until solid.

Tips

  1. If the mangoes are not sweet enough, add maple syrup to taste before blending.
